AT&T is now carrying the refurbished 8GB iPhone 3G for $149.99 with free overnight shipping. The refurbished iphone 3G 16GB model, in either black or white, is $249.99.
Of course there is the for a 2-year contract to live with, which costs $70 per month at a bare minimum. Going the refurb route saves 50 bucks.So is it really worth it?

but only if you are a NEW customer-not an existing customer eligible for upgrade w/ 2yr contract-those people have to pay for a new phone- they are not allowed to save any more $$$$! Go Figure!
